14-Day Return & Exchange

You can return or exchange any unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Soiree Dresses Excluded

Due to the delicate nature and premium design of our Soiree Dresses, they are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

30-Day Defect Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Defective items will be replaced free of charge.

Important Note on Soiree Dresses

Please verify your size and design details thoroughly before purchasing any Soiree Dress. Once completed, orders on these luxury items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

The product must be in its original, unworn condition with all commercial tags attached.
You must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer pays shipping fees for returns and exchanges, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection at our atelier.

Manufacturing Defects Warranty (30 Days)

We pride ourselves on the superior craftsmanship of Cassillia items. If any defect arising from production (e.g. stitching, button failure, fabric defects) appears within 30 days of purchase, we commit to fully repairing or replacing the garment at no cost.
